Strengthening the tripartite front and safeguarding the foundation of production | Significant results have been achieved in the special inspection of safety production month

With the deepening of the national “Safety Production Month” activity, our company closely focused on the theme of “Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies – finding safety hazards” in June, and carried out a series of safety drills with multiple measures. In July, with the core of “identifying hidden dangers and consolidating defense lines”, comprehensive inspections and rectification were carried out on key places such as warehouses, production lines, and office areas, further consolidating the foundation of safety production. Through special inspections, the company has demonstrated the effectiveness and improvement direction of safety production management in product classification management, waterproofing and fire prevention, power safety, and fire protection facility configuration.
1、 Warehouse management: standardize classification and placement, eliminate safety hazards
As the core area for material storage, the security of warehouses directly affects the operational efficiency of enterprises. The focus of this inspection has been optimized for product classification and placement, clear labeling, and environmental safety:

Product Classification and Identification
All materials are strictly stored in separate areas according to raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and unified identification signs have been updated to indicate names, specifications, and storage requirements. Add “waiting area” and “qualified area” signs in the semi-finished product area to avoid confusion; The finished product area is centrally placed according to order batches for easy traceability.

Waterproof and leak proof measures
In response to the risk of water leakage during the rainy season, a comprehensive inspection of the warehouse drainage pipeline was carried out, and waterproof barriers were installed in areas prone to water seepage. At the same time, flood prevention sandbags are installed near the warehouse, and emergency supplies are in place.

Fire prevention and electrical safety
Cleared the debris piled up in the passage to ensure the smooth flow of the fire escape route; All old circuits have been replaced with flame-retardant conduit, and leakage protection devices have been installed in the distribution box. In addition, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited in the warehouse, and the original smoking area has been relocated to a designated outdoor area

2、 Production line: Strengthen process control to ensure operational safety
The production line is an area prone to safety accidents. This inspection significantly reduced the risk by standardizing the operation process and strengthening equipment management

Placement of semi-finished and finished products
Designate a dedicated turnover area and adopt the principle of “first in, first out” for the placement of semi-finished products to avoid backlog; Immediately transfer the finished products to the storage area after packaging to reduce production line congestion.

Equipment and Power Safety
Inspect all equipment grounding wires to ensure insulation performance meets standards; Check the effectiveness of the mechanical emergency stop device before each shift and post operation warning signs. Install insulation pads around the power cabinet and strictly prohibit covering the heat dissipation holes.

Fire extinguisher configuration
According to the standard of equipping one 4kg dry powder fire extinguisher every 50 square meters, new fire extinguishers will be added, with a focus on placing them in high-temperature work areas (such as welding stations) and next to distribution cabinets. A dedicated person will check the pressure and expiration date every month.
3、 Office area: Starting with details to enhance the safety awareness of all staff
Although the risk in the office area is relatively low, we still need to be vigilant about electricity and fire safety issues

Electricity usage standards
Rectify the unauthorized connection of power sockets and promote the use of sockets with overload protection; After work, turn off non essential equipment power and post warning signs such as “power off when people leave”.

Fire protection facilities and smoking point management
Add 2 fire extinguishers to each floor passage to ensure that the distance from any workstation does not exceed 20 meters; All indoor smoking areas have been cancelled, and outdoor smoking booths (equipped with cigarette butts collection bins and fire sandboxes) have been uniformly set up.

4、 Testing effectiveness and long-term mechanism
Through this safety production month activity, a total of 15 hidden dangers were discovered and rectified, and the coverage rate of employee safety training reached 100%. The company will consolidate its achievements through the following measures in the future:
Regular inspection: Conduct monthly safety joint inspections;
Emergency drill: Organize fire evacuation and first aid drills every quarter;
Continuous improvement: Establish a reward system for reporting hidden dangers and encourage all employees to participate in supervision.

conclusion
Safety production has no endpoint. This “Safety Production Month” inspection not only improved the on-site management level, but also strengthened the cultural atmosphere of “everyone talks about safety and everyone knows how to respond to emergencies”. In the future, our company will implement safety responsibilities with higher standards to safeguard the high-quality development of the enterprise.
