In the heart of summer, July, let’s follow the light! To deeply cultivate corporate culture, unite team strength, and give back to all employees for their hard work, Fuzhou Lesite Plastic Welding Technology Co., Ltd. carried out its annual team travel for employees as scheduled from July 17 to 19, 2026. The company organized employees and their families to travel to Huizhou, embarking on a three-day pure team-building journey to Hongcun Village, Mount Huangshan, and the ancient city of Huizhou. The team of more than 60 people included young employees, senior key personnel, and accompanying family members of employees. There were also a 74-year-old veteran employee and a 3-year-old child traveling with their parents, bringing warmth to the group. Everyone enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Huizhou style, gathered team warmth, and reflected on their original aspirations amidst the scenery. They forged unity among peers and created a concentric scroll painting belonging to the Lester people.
On the first day of the trip, all members boarded a high-speed train from Fuzhou to Mount Huangshan. Their first stop was Hongcun Village, renowned as the “village in Chinese paintings”. It is also the core filming location for the popular Huizhou ink culture drama “Family Business”. Classic scenes such as the South Lake Painting Bridge and Moon Pond Fish Lamp were all filmed here. This ancient village, shaped like an ox and built with a bionic water system, is a world cultural heritage site. The white walls and black tiles reflect in the clear water, and criss-crossing water canals run through the alleys. Every step and every scene is filled with ink poetry.
As we strolled along the green flagstone road, we carefully admired the three unique crafts of Huizhou style: wood carving, stone carving, and brick carving. When we reached the South Lake Painting Bridge, everyone took photos and shared the same ink scenery as in the drama with their team’s smiling faces. The leisurely and comfortable trip to Hongcun Village allowed the employees to completely unwind from their daily desk work fatigue. They relaxed and chatted happily amidst the immersive ancient charm of the mountains and rivers.
The core chapter of the team building activity is for all members to climb Mount Huangshan together, reflecting the Lesite team spirit through the towering pines of Mount Huangshan standing between cliffs. The next morning, everyone transferred to scenic area transportation and took a cable car directly to the core scenic area of Mount Huangshan. The welcoming pine stands firmly on the cliff, facing the wind and enduring the frost, just like the Leicester people’s corporate essence of overcoming difficulties and never giving up. The hundred-step ladder is steep and narrow, the rock face of the “One-Line Sky” is wet and slippery, and the Bright Summit has an elevation of 1860 meters. The entire climb takes nearly six hours, and the mountain path is extremely challenging. Not a single person in the entire team fell behind. Everyone encouraged each other and moved steadily forward. Even the elderly and young children walked the mountain path with their own perseverance, which was truly admirable.
Upon reaching the summit of Guangming Peak, we were greeted by a sea of clouds and a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks. Everyone gathered on the observation platform to take a group photo, capturing the unforgettable moment of conquering the mountain. The Huangshan pine, rooted in the stone crevices and growing towards the sun, remains upright despite the onslaught of wind and rain. This indomitable and collective upward vitality is precisely the core of the team that has long adhered to. Over the years, the company has been deeply involved in the field of plastic welding equipment. Faced with market challenges and technological difficulties, all employees have always been united like the Huangshan pines, taking root together, tackling problems hand in hand, supporting each other, and achieving mutual success.
On the third day, the team delved deeply into the essence of Huizhou culture. They first strolled through the Songcheng Old Street, known as the “floating picture of the Qingming Festival”, freely shopping for the four treasures of the study and Huizhou specialties. They then visited the Huashan Mystery Grottoes and the ancient city of Huizhou. The Huashan Mystery Grottoes are hidden among the green mountains. The vast artificial grottoes are over a hundred meters deep, with giant stone pillars standing majestically. They are known as the mysterious wonders of the 30th parallel north. The thousand-year-old grotto mystery attracted everyone’s attention and amazement. Before the end of the tour, everyone took a group photo at the entrance of the grottoes as a souvenir.
Subsequently, they headed to the ancient city of Huizhou in Shexian County, checked in at the Oriental Triumphal Gate Xu Guoshi Archway, strolled through the ancient residences on Doushan Street, and entered the Huizhou History Museum. Over a thousand cultural relics told the thousand-year legend of Huizhou merchants. Everyone lined up neatly in front of the Xu Guoshi Archway and took a group photo exclusive to the ancient city, settling their minds and broadening their horizons amidst historical accumulation. After the tour, everyone took the high-speed train back to Fuzhou, marking the successful conclusion of the three-day trip to Huizhou.
A journey through mountains and rivers, a spiritual tempering. From the ink-wash painting of Hongcun Village, the majestic Mount Huangshan, to the mysterious Huashan Mystery Cave, and the rich ancient city of Huizhou, the scenery accompanied us all the way, with everyone walking together in unity. During the journey, we helped each other and persevered forward, with the independent and striving figures of the elderly and young children fully demonstrating the excellent team spirit. The group photos taken at each scenic spot also captured the warmth and cohesion of the Lesite family. This annual team building activity of the company is a vivid manifestation of humanistic care, effectively soothing the physical and mental well-being of employees and enhancing team camaraderie. In the future, all Lesite people will carry the unity and enthusiasm gained from the journey, unite their efforts, forge ahead, and deepen their industry with a new attitude, pooling their strength to tackle difficulties, helping the company steadily move towards a new journey.
