Spring is yet to come, summer is just beginning. Take a break from the ‘inner turmoil’ and escape from the ‘routines’ of life. Dancing with nature, breathing oxygen, and hiking together! On May 10th, the R&D department, finance department, and procurement department organized a one-day outdoor hiking team building for Yongtai self driving, aiming to allow employees to relax and feel the charm of nature and culture in their busy work, enhance team cohesion, and improve work efficiency.
At 8 o’clock in the morning, team members collectively drove to Yongtai. Along the way, everyone was laughing and cheerful, relaxed and happy. After about an hour’s drive, we arrived at Baizhugou in Yongtai. Baihuogou is famous for its beautiful landscape and rich natural scenery, making it an excellent place for mountain climbing and hiking. After a simple warm-up, the companions divided into several groups and walked along the canyon trail, admiring the various forms of waterfalls and feeling the amazing craftsmanship of nature. They occasionally stopped to take photos and recorded these beautiful moments. Clear streams, lush vegetation, and spectacular waterfalls are all masterpieces of nature, leaving people reluctant to leave. At the moment of climbing to a high place, with a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, a sense of accomplishment arises naturally, making people feel comfortable both physically and mentally.
The true power of a team is to gather everyone’s light into a torch that illuminates the path forward. During the tour, everyone chased after each other, encouraged each other, climbed together, and occasionally shared their admiration for the natural beauty, creating a harmonious and warm atmosphere. The cool water curtain waterfall is refreshing, the mysterious and interesting Tiankeng Canyon, the colorful Rainbow Waterfall is like a fairyland, the Ginseng Waterfall sparks imagination, the majestic White Dragon Waterfall is awe inspiring, and the Three Fold Spring plays the sound of nature. Everyone stops in front of the beautiful scenery to take photos and witness the spirit of unity, harmony, and struggle of the team together.
In the afternoon, everyone collectively went to Songkou Ancient Town, one of the three major ancient towns in Yongtai. As the only township in Fuzhou that has been awarded the title of “Famous Town of Chinese History and Culture”, Songkou Ancient Town has a long history and many well preserved ancient residential buildings can be regarded as a museum of folk ancient residences. As early as the Neolithic period, traces of human activities have quietly survived here. During the Southern Song Dynasty, with the advantage of water transportation, it became a commercial port and flourished for a while. Nowadays, strolling through the ancient town, century old trees stand tall like loyal guardians of time; More than 160 ancient folk houses are well preserved. The carved beams and painted rafters of the Ming and Qing Dynasty mansions and the ancient villages are well arranged, all telling the story of the past prosperity in silence. The partners walk through it like a thousand years ago, quietly looking back here. The unique charm of the millennium old town seems to remind us that ‘life can be slower, as long as you never stop’.
One person can walk fast, but a group of people can go further! In this team building, everyone took a break from busy work and relaxed their bodies and minds in the embrace of nature, settling their thoughts leisurely in the long river of history. The friendship between each other became deeper in laughter and joy, and the cohesion of the team was significantly enhanced. No matter how many storms lie ahead, we will always move forward hand in hand. May every partner of the company run in love and shine more on this stage of the company.
