The autumn wind brings coolness, and the mountains and seas serve as a backdrop. Recently, the Technology Department, Finance Department, and embark on an autumn team building trip. Everyone temporarily left their workstations and headed for a rendezvous with mountains, seas, and culture, uniting their strengths through companionship and embarking on a new journey together.
Yuguo Mountain, located in Songxia Town, Changle, is the site of the “Returning Sails to the Kingdom” of the twelve scenic spots in Wuhang, also known as Niujiao Mountain. With an elevation of 389.4 meters, it faces the East China Sea to the east. The mountain is steep and tall, and has been a natural navigation mark for maritime travel since ancient times. On the summit, there are cliff inscriptions such as “Cloud Mountain, Heavenly Sea” and “Sun’s Horn, Cloud Root”, engraved with the history of the Maritime Silk Road and embodying the rich coastal cultural heritage. On the way up the mountain, the path winds and the sea breeze blows gently. Partners from the technology, finance, and procurement departments walked together, with some leading the way and others offering a helping hand, encouraging and waiting for each other. In their daily work, the technology department delves deeply into product research and development, refining welding processes; the finance department conducts rigorous accounting and maintains the bottom line of operations; the procurement department coordinates the supply chain and ensures stable material supply. With different positions and divisions of labor, they share the same goal on the mountain path, steadily moving towards the summit. Looking out from the top, the sea and sky merge into one, and the magnificent scenery is fully captured. The fatigue along the way dissipates in the sea breeze, and laughter echoes through the mountains. They truly understand that climbing to new heights and achieving greatness is never a solitary journey, but a concerted effort of a group of people.
After bidding farewell to the mountains and seas, the team moved to Changle’s Heping Ancient Street. This thousand-year-old street, once a residence, is a well-preserved historical and cultural district in Changle. The winding and long green flagstones, the well-proportioned horse-saddle walls, and the ancient houses standing quietly all tell the story of the profound history of Wuhang. After shedding the vitality of the mountains and wilderness, the ancient street exudes a warm and serene atmosphere. Everyone walked slowly through the streets and alleys, admiring the style of ancient Fujian-style buildings, chatting about work and life, and unloading the pressure of daily busyness. Cross-departmental partners easily communicated, breaking the boundaries of work communication and gaining a deeper understanding and tacit understanding. Technical challenges, financial control, and procurement coordination are interconnected to support the stable operation of the company. The slow pace of time in the ancient street allowed everyone to draw closer in a relaxed atmosphere.
